Michael R. Briach

Mike is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation, Labor Employment, and Government Groups. He has experience representing individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, consumer rights, breach of contract, and personal injury. He also has experience advising clients on day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary actions, employment agreements, and legal compliance.

Mike graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Honor Board.  While there, he also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy. Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron, where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.

As a first-generation college graduate, Mike knows that there are no shortcuts to success. He is passionate, resilient, and fiercely competitive. He uses these attributes to obtain favorable outcomes for his clients. In his spare time, Mike enjoys going to concerts, golfing, attending sporting events, and trying new restaurants around Cleveland. He is a proud supporter of Relay for Life and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
