Daniel focuses his practice on Probate, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Planning. His legal practice involves advising and assisting clients in developing individual estate plans to ensure that their intent and their goals are achieved. Daniel also represents and counsels clients throughout the probate process. Additionally, he has experience managing general business law and transactional matters for clients.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida.
During law school, Daniel worked in Cleveland-Marshall’s Transactional Law Clinic, where he gained experience representing clients in various contract matters. He also interned at a civil litigation law firm and a local non-profit organization that works to preserve natural land through real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fly fishing with friends and family.

Daniel will present at CarePatrol's Senior Lunch & Learn Seminar on October 23, 2024. He will discuss the financial side of senior care.
Daniel presented "Estate Planning & Medicaid Long-Term Care Planning" at the seminar hosted by the North Ridgeville Senior Center on April 11, 2024.
